Excellent Dark Roast.

I love the dark roasts and this one is right up there with the best. I bounce between Double Black Diamond and Dark Magic and Sumatran Reserve. I will add this and am happy to now have four to rotate.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Roast

Strong, not much else.

This coffee is strong, I can say that, but cannot say much else for it. It has a rather bitter taste. Not unpleasant but if you are looking for a dynamic flavor, this is not it. However, if you just want a strong cup of coffee to wake you up? This is it.

Cons: Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Bitter taste

The flavor is bold and complex without being acidic or bitter. It was love at first sip.

Wakes me up!!!

Unfortunately, the regular coffee K-cups, to me, are very week and watery. They do nothing to wake me up. I only use the bold varieties now. Emeril's, in my opinion, is one of my favorites. It tastes good (I use cream and sugar) and it wakes me up, which is very important to me. It doesn't have a bitter aftertaste and it doesn't linger in your mouth forever like some of the other ones. Definitely recommend!!!

There is a restaurant here in the Denver metro area that I love to go to. Luciles Creole Cafe. I love their food, but I really love their chicory coffee. There I was in my kitchen, trying everything in my new sampler pack that I received with my coffee maker and oh my gosh. I was in heaven. Thank you Emeril for bringing me my favorite coffee ever!

This is my favorite of all of the K cups. It has a nice kick to get you moving in the morning!

Worth buying again

I was afraid that this would have a strong bitter taste. Wow, was I wrong. This will be one of my "go-to" coffees from now on.
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter, Pleasing Roast
