I have 2 favorite K-cups that I alternate each day... Revv and Emeril's Big Easy Bold. Great everyday coffee! Hot or iced, I haven't found anything close to these two...
Pros: Not Bitter, Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste

Possibly my favorite k-cup. Dark, Bold, Stands alone as a cuppa Black or GREAT with liquor. Newbies should tread lightly. Makes me research flights & hotels in the French Quarter. To date Dec 2011 have purchased over 795 k-cups of this flavour.
Pros: Sophisticated, Heady, Smells Great, Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, STRONG BUT NOT BITTER, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Addictive, Stands alone
Cons: Not 4 first timers, Missing French Quarter

If you like BOLD coffee flavors, this is for you. It was too much for me.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity

Just Awful...Really Bitter

I was expecting so much more from this coffee. Like many others I found this nearly undrinkable. It smells bad and has a very bitter taste and is very acidic. This is the only cup of coffee that I have not been able to finish. Too bad Emeril, because you make a wonderful decaf.
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unpleasant Aftertaste

I'm Hooked

I bought the machine with several flavors to try. I found a few new ones and Emeril was one. I instantly fell in love with it. This is my "Ease me into morning coffee" now. I don't usually like "bold" or strong flavored coffee, but for some reason I sure like this one. I'm usually more of a Mocha coffee lover, but love this when I first wake up!
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter, Balanced Acidity, Smooth Taste

Big,bold flavor. Extremely aromatic and great with creamer and sugar. Not bitter at all. Good in the morning or after dinner.

Tried this from my sampler pack. This is a definite to be purchased item for me. Robust but not bitter.
