It was bitter and had an unpleasant aftertaste.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

Best K-Cup I've had

I received the variety pack and this was the best one of the bunch
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smooth Taste

Not a keeper in my Bold book

I used a k-cup. I really LOVE dark coffee's straight up black. This fell so short on the flavors and the just "bam" you would expect from Emeril. I really didn't have a lot of hope for the other dark coffees in the K-Cup collections. I will muddle thru and I hope to find one I LOVE.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Not Enough Flavor, Roasted Too Light

Wow! I got this coffee in a sampler pack with my new Keurig for Christmas and I LOVE it!! I know everyone has different flavor and tastes they like best, and personaly I like strong coffees like espresso, bold and extra bold. But I also like some sweeter coffees! I saw some comments on how it was way to strong and so bitter...well it tells you on the cup thats what it is going to be! That's what i got from "bold", "kick it up a notch" and "intense". For my taste, this was an amazing cup of coffee!! I have been drinking coffee since I was like a few months old. Rather, drinking straight espresso since a few months old haha. The one thing that shocked me, I can't believe how long it kept me awake! I was writing a paper last night hoping it would keep me up a litle longer. Well I didn't even get a tiny bit TIRED till SIX in the morning!! So I am dragging right now haha. I guess that's the only thing I could "warn" about this coffee. But like I said the flavor is outstanding, it is certainly an anytime pick-me-up, all in all an easy 10!! I will highly recommend this to all my stonge coffee loving friends. (I will stop typing this is getting long haha!)

Light coffee lovers beware

I received a keurig brewer for christmas, and this was one of the samples in the variety pack that came with it. I was wary at first, not expecting a lot, and I was right. If you like STRONG coffee, this one's for you, unfortunately I like my coffee light and creamy, and this hit me like a shotgun to the face. I'm giving it some positive feedback because it's good coffee, it's just not my kind of coffee.

I really thought this would be over the top. Not so It was so bitter and I have filtered water and the in unit water filter. Could use alot of improvement. I am sure Emeril is not aware of the true taste of this coffee that his name on it.

This bold coffee is a little too bold for me so I tone it down a bit by adding just a little hot water, half & half and sugar. Not one of my favorites but I wouldn't throw it away either.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Aroma
