Surprisingly good

I have to admit I was a little biased against this coffee before I even tried it. I am usually not a fan of anything associated with celebrity chefs, but this coffee was a pleaser. My very first sip I thought it was too weak, but then the flavors developed. By the third sip I was thinking "This is good". Not much in the way of coffee aroma but I will take taste over aroma anyday. Glad I tried it, I will probably be ordering more.
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Not Bitter, Pleasing Roast, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

I recently got a mini Keurig and I love it! It came with a 12-pack sampler of K-cups and the Emeril's was by far the tastiest. If you really like strong coffee, this is the one for you!

Made this in my b40 Keurig, used the larger cup setting. I LOVED it. It came in the sample pack and I'm def. going to buy more. Wish they made a decaf version. This has been my FAV out of the 12 sample pack! People saying it's awful...guess we just have diff. tastes. I like dunkin donuts coffee and I'm not a huge starbucks fan. I like good flavored coffee and this is great.

I'm surprised this is only a 3.7 rating overall. This has been the best brew I have tasted so far in the K-cups. I wouldn't say it actually has a New Orleans flavor, which is what I was expecting, but it's the best morning coffee I've found so far. I highly recommend it.
