Surprisingly good for a Bold coffee

I am not a big fan of bold, I enjoy a breakfast blend and other lighter blends. I gave this a try as part of a sample pack and have since purchased more for the times I need an extra kick. Most bolds I find to be too dark and bitter. Emeril's is dark but I did not find that it was overly bitter and really enjoyed the taste:)
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

I absolutely love this one! It is probably one of my favorites. I love the boldness of the flavor.

Strong without being bitter

This is a nice strong cup of coffee without being bitter or acid. It's a nice way to kick start your morning.

I love a good strong coffee, one that makes others recoil in horror and can also be used to dissolve metal in a pinch, but THIS... This is just wrong!It tastes burnt and bitter, kinda like Madonna's face in liquid form.
