I didn't think I was really into the "bold" coffee's because its very strong. BUT my Keurig has 5 different cup sizes to brew from and the mugs in my house are the 2nd to largest, so when I brew a regular coffee, its watered down by the time it fills the cup. So when I brew the "bold" coffee's in my bigger mugs, the taste is perfection! Out of all the bold flavors I've tried, the Emeril's has the best!
I am not a big fan of French Roast. Most of the time I find it too bitter. However, this coffee is awesome! Not bitter at all, great aroma, and very smooth taste. I don't notice any aftertaste at all! I have K-Kaps that I use with other dark roast coffees and use those for just regular coffee fixes. But, when I REALLY want to sit and enjoy a great cup of coffee this has become my treat coffee.
Loved this coffee. The aroma and flavor left me wanting another cup. The only negative thing I could say about this, is there was only one cup in the sample pack. Would recommend this to everyone that likes a great cup of coffee.
When I saw his brand in the box it did go through my mind, "wouldn't it be a crock if I liked it?" And you guessed it. It was my favorite and it will be in my next order. It's a stronger blend...unlike those "colored-water" ones, and it wasn't bitter to me.
Pros: NO AFTERTASTE, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smooth Taste, Not Bitter, Pleasing Roast
I tried this because it was in my variety pack. I am not typically a bold roast lover. I liked this coffe, but I am partial to a slightly lighter roast.
