Be Cautioned, Very Stout

This coffee is delicious. However, if you aren't sure you like bold coffee then walk away. This is extremely stout with good bitterness and strong aftertaste.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

I got this blend for a family get together because all my family members like coffee that kicks back - This is an excellent choice if you want an appealing yet stronger than bold experience!
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter, Pleasing Roast, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

This coffee says, 'Good morning and have a great day.' Big Easy Bold is among my top 5 favorite coffees of all time. Wonderful aroma and a most pleasing taste. It isn't for the faint of heart, but if you like your coffee hearty, smooth, and full of flavor, this is the one for you.

I love bold coffee but unfortunately Emeril's Big Easy is not one of my favorites. The smell during brewing is great but the coffee (though strong) is "muddy" tasting and leaves a bad after taste.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Initially had a nice, full flavor, but this coffee had a very unpleasant aftertaste. "Bam" is right; but not a good bam!
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste

I buy bold because i want to taste it! This is one of the great ones. The term bold is overused in the descriptions, but this is right on. Don't misread the reviews, just buy it and try it, unless you are not a bold drinker.
