I found this to be a very unpleasent cup of coffee. I even tried it the second time thinking maybe I was not remembering it correctly, but I was not wrong. The worst part is, I love Emeril and all he does and makes. Sorry! Bam!!!!!!
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unpleasant Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my Starbucks coffee! Got the Keurig coffee maker as Christmas present and coffe after coffee of trying the included coffee samples, I was disappointed. Nothing would match my Starbucks morning coffee. This was the only one I truly anjoyed and most like the Starbucks coffee I was accustomed to!

This flavor is too bitter for my taste. I didn't detect any pleasing flavor notes; however, it does contain the needed amount of morning caffiene.
Pros: Balanced Acidity
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unpleasant Flavor

This is so far my favorite K-cup, i have had my Keurig for over two years, the last year this is all I have purchased.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Not Bitter

We received this coffee twice in different variety packs...& then ordered a large box of it. This is one of our favorite k-cups we have tried thus far. Overall it is a good, BOLD, dark coffee. It drinks easily, & maintains good flavor/aroma, even when it has cooled down. I was kind of hoping that since this is an Emeril-tagged product, & with his Louisianna connection, that this would have a touch of chickory to it. Unfortunatly--it does not, or it's so light I can't taste it. Overall, a pretty good cup of coffee.

I have to admit I tried this only because I have been satisfied with the food products from the Emeril line. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the coffee. I thought it was too strong. It may be good for people who like a strong coffee. But in my opinion, there was no flavor. Just pow of a bitter taste.

This was in the sample pack that came with the Keurig. I didn't expect to like it but was very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely purchase these.
