I just bought this new Keurig System and the first K-Cup I tried was Emeril's "Big Easy Bold" ... I could not believe it! It smelled like coffee!! And the wonderful coffee flavor was perfect! I was so hesitant to buy this and Emeril has indeed made me so happy I did! Can't wait for the next cup!
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Roast, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Aroma, Perfect cup of coffee
I would recommend this to a friend!

I drink a ton of coffee (whole bean from Seattle and Bay Area roasters). I wasn't sure which K-cup to try after opening the package, but this was a fantastic first choice. It confirmed that the Keurig was one of the best gifts I've ever received.
Didn't care for this one as some of the others.Didn't like the after taste.
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I drink a lot of coffee every day. This was the first cup of Emeril's Big Easy that I have had and am very pleased with it. I found it to have a wonderful aroma and a very pleasant bold taste, which I like, because I dislike weak coffee. There's really nothing negative that I can say about Emeril's Big Easy. I give it a definite 2 thumbs up!
Pros: Not Bitter, Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bold isn't always good

This coffee is made for Americans that have never tried the better European Coffee's. This taste like pure robusta beans with a heavy bitter taste. If this is what you grew up drinking you might like it but it's not for me.
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unappealing Or Flat Aroma, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body
