I have bought this coffee at least a dozen times. This box of 18 k cups is disappointing. Several pods have been extremely acidic and taste sour. Just terrible. I cannot drink this again.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Inconsistent, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unpleasant Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Found it because it was on sale at a local retail store. REALLY!!! enjoyed every cup. Very good flavor with no bad, sour, or bitter after taste.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Aroma

Good but not Great

I thought this would be awesome coffee since it has Emerils name on it. It is an average or slightly more than average coffee. I wouldn't buy again unless price went down. It maybe a pleasant coffee with not so suttle tastes but this isn't the wow I have an awesome coffee with Emerils name on it. This is a name brand and it is average.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Roast, Balanced Acidity

We have tried other coffees-and we always come back to Emeril's Big Bold easy. The aroma gets you first-and the coffee tastes every bit as good as the aroma!

Very delicious coffee and does not disappoint! Very bold and flavorful. If you are looking for a well balanced dark roasted coffee, I highly recommend.

a deliciously strong French blend without the bitter aftertaste. I highly recommend it.
