I have no problem with the flavor of this coffee--it's New Orleans style--bold and dark. But several times when I've tried to brew, the needle clogs with coffee grinds. Yes, it's not difficult to fix (now that I know what the problem is), but I've only experienced it after we started drinking this brand. I think the grinds are too fine for the system. I will not reorder.
It was a great coffee for the past year but then the packaging changed and the flavor went with the change.. I don't know what happened but I will be looking for another bold coffee.
Flavor was bold but the first Pod I tried was very bitter. I love bold coffees and tired this one since it was on clearance - maybe there was a reason for that.
Emeril's Big and Bold replaced my 2-3 cups a day of the original Newman's Own (before the taste changed due to either compete with Dunkin, lowered standards for pricing or just loss of quality control). Either way, I drink my coffee black and Emeril's Big Easy hits the spot.
My keurig is next to my bed. The timer starts my brew at 5am. I start my day with a smile and I want a good cup of coffee and either a pastry or a biscotti. I would like an organic brew that is bold and rich flavored.
Pros: Dark And Has Legs, Great Taste With Biscotti, Needs More Coffee Taste, Worthy Of A 2nd Cup
