unpleasant taste!!

this coffee has a good taste a first second, but right after, its like...yuk!! although its strong, and does wake you up though. still trying to finish it ( 20 min later) bothers my stomach, so i think i'll pass and make a differant cup of another brand.
Pros: Tastes good at first
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor, Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity

I cannot list one positive aspect to the flavor of this roast.

Tastes like scotch

I had decent expectations for this coffee, I mean, look who's name is on it! Sadly, it didn't deliver, unless of course, you like the taste of scotch, which I think is that acidic aftertaste everyone is picking up on. Take it from someone who knows all too well what scotch smells and tastes like, that's the aftertaste and smell we're getting. Is there scotch in it? God, I hope not, but that's certainly the way it tastes and smells (if you take the kcup out of the machine after brewing and smell it you can smell it there too). I drank it, it wasn't the worst cup of coffee I've ever had, but I won't ever drink it again. such a shame.

Not as Strong for BOLD scale.... Cups break open!

Bought Emeril Big Easy Bold and I'm quite disappointed for a bold rating, it's more like an average cup of coffee. The worse thing about it is that these break open in the Keurig during brewing which I've never experienced before. I was expecting a lot more from Emeril in quality of taste and packaging. I have to clean out the coffee grounds 99% of the time out of my machine! I just want a cup of coffee without the mess!!!!!

This coffee was too dark for me, and didn't have the body I hoped it would.
