I've been enjoying Emeril's New Orleans style coffee every morning since I first tried it about a year ago. It has a wonderful, complex taste and aroma, and for me, it is the best dark roast coffee I have ever tasted! If you like the popular medium dark roasts, you will probably love this!

Way too bitter for my taste

Got this flavor with a variety box along with a new machine for Christmas. Out of all the brands included this was the only I did NOT like. Was just way too bitter tasting and had a funny aftertaste. I have to admit I'm not a fan of super strong coffees, but still this one was was awful compared to others I've tried.
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor, Bitter flavor, Unpleasant Aftertaste

Clogs 2.0 Needles

I have no problem with the flavor of this coffee--it's New Orleans style--bold and dark. But several times when I've tried to brew, the needle clogs with coffee grinds. Yes, it's not difficult to fix (now that I know what the problem is), but I've only experienced it after we started drinking this brand. I think the grinds are too fine for the system. I will not reorder.

This coffee had a weird taste to it that I did not like at all.. Dumped the cup and made a new one, but I still can't get the taste out of my mouth

Decent flavor but has a slight acidity and bitterness. It does not have a good aftertaste.
