It is unusual to find a coffee that I don't have to choose the dark brewing option in order for the cup to not taste weak. This brand & blend is perfectly bold on the regular brew setting. In fact, it is also a favorite option for whipping up a 10 oz iced version! Sooooo good, nothing tame or weak about it.

I have been buying Emeril’s Big Easy Bold for at least six years now. Wish it was offered in whole bean, but I have yet to find a coffee that matches it in a rich dark coffee taste without bitterness.
