I've been hooked on this coffee since the first Emeril K-Cup I tried! Wish I could have mountains of it in my kitchen!
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

Bad aftertaste, not a very pleasing flavor, tastes like it has been sitting in a pot for hours.
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unpleasant Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For people who enjoy a bold cup of coffee with interesting flavors and a slight after taste this coffee is for you!! Loved it with International Delight Almond Joy creamer because the boldness of the brew and the flavor creamer enhance each other very well for a well balanced flavor delight!!...Great over Ice!!

When we purchased our first 'pod' Keurig, we went through various coffee tastes/brands. Emeril won 'top choice'. It has that 'wake-me-up' AM feeling PLUS taste. I am now on 'automatic delivery' which is so much better with our busy schedules. What is worst than 'running out of coffee'... Enjoy!

Bold, original, utterly delicious

This is a bold, beautiful blend reminiscent of the finest European brews yet somehow better. This is our go-to coffee. We enjoy experimenting with K-cups, that is part of the fun of owning a Keurig, but we always have a box of Big Easy Bold on hand. If you love bold tasting, dark roast coffee, do not miss trying this one. Tip: this makes fantastic iced coffee!

Brewed as a small cup, drank it black with a big country breakfast (biscuit, gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, pancakes) brings out the sweetness in the coffee! Awesome! Do NOT pair with citrus, yuck! Will definitely buy more!

I like coffe with rich but not harsh taste. Most dark roasts upset my stomach. Most light roasts do not have enough taste. This regular roast is very flavorful, GREAT aroama, "easy and intense" in a good way. Does not upset tummy either. I use it with a touch of cream.

This coffee is totally addicting. There is just something about it that's wonderful. It's a great strong brew that manages to remain complex and smooth.
