AVOID IT...TRUST ME

I USED THIS IN MY NEW KEURIG AND WAS EXCITED ABOUT THE SOUND OF THIS COFFEE...UNFORTUNATELY THAT WAS THE ONLY THING GOOD WAS THE SOUND OF THE NAME. THE TASTE OF THE COFFEE WAS TERRIBLE. THE BITTERNESS WAS OFF AND IT LEFT AN AWFUL TASTE THAT BEGGED FOR A JUICE TO CHASE IT AWAY. I HAVE TASTED COFFEES FROM EUROPE TO ASIA AND THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE HAD. THANK GOD THIS CAME IN MY SAMPLE PACK FOR MY MACHINE OTHERWISE I MIGHT HAVE BOUGHT AN ENTIRE CASE. I WILL STILL BE LOOKING FOR THE BOLD COFFEE BRAND THAT I WILL LOVE AND THANKS TO ALL WHO LEAVES INSIGHTFUL REVIEWS. DRINK ON!

I got this with my Keurig in the sample pack. I was a bit nervous about trying something called BOLD as that usually means dark - which is not something I enjoy. The flavour was bold but I don't think it was a dark roast. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to wake up to such a remarkable taste! Well done (but not dark roasted).
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

Wasnt expecting much but POW!!!!!!

Was not expecting much from this one when i came across it in the sample pack that came with my machine. Ive never said down and really watched his cooking show or anything. And was waiting for it to live up to my expectations which were not very high. then Pow Bang or what ever his catch line is. I loved everything about this coffee, strong but not bitter with a wonderful flavor. Love the after taste that what really got me hooked, I have to have this at the top of my rotation.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast

Bold isn't always good

This coffee is made for Americans that have never tried the better European Coffee's. This taste like pure robusta beans with a heavy bitter taste. If this is what you grew up drinking you might like it but it's not for me.

Not so "BAM"

This cofee was just OK. It smelled great, but had a strong aftertaste and sharp acidity. Not my favorite bold extra dark blend.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unpleasant Flavor

A great tasting cup of coffee!

I drink a lot of coffee every day. This was the first cup of Emeril's Big Easy that I have had and am very pleased with it. I found it to have a wonderful aroma and a very pleasant bold taste, which I like, because I dislike weak coffee. There's really nothing negative that I can say about Emeril's Big Easy. I give it a definite 2 thumbs up!
