I enjoy this coffee BUT I have had a hard time tying to find it in the "48 count carton". Most store IF they even carry this coffee only have the 12 or 24 count cartons. Your web site did not offer the 48 count size box either, so I had to buy TWO 24 count at a higher price. NOT real happy. I would recommend this DECAF just not the packaging. I would rate it higher if the 48 box was available.

Have been a long time buyer of Green Mountain products. We have an older Kcup machine. Lately. I've felt that the "flavor" has diminished. I like a bigger cup and use that selection on the machine. In general I've found that the flavors on several Green Mountain products is weaker. Maybe it's because I'm getting older... :)

I was on automatic shipments but you were shipping the auto shipments so fast I couldn't drink fast enough to keep up. So I called up and cancelled the next shipment and it seemed you cancelled my complete ordering. I had to call and order a shipment.
