Great Coffee but Disappointed with Customer Svc.

Love the Coffee but did not like what they did to auto-ship customers during the holiday. You would think we took priority over new customer orders. But their system did first come and we were out of decaf coffee for the holidays when I assumed our orders would take precedence.
