Frustrating!

I'm only reviewing this as I'm trying to grade research papers and have had it with this correction tape. The tape constantly goes "off track," during use, which means I am constantly resituating it. I'm sorry I bought the multi-pack.

poor execution of product

This has to be one of the worst products that I have ever purchased. In theory,it is a great . The packaging unit that holds the correction tape is designed very poorly. I purchased a 4 pack. The first, the tape broke almost immediately. The second and third, did not roll on to the wheel after use, causing it to become unusable. I made the mistake of taking the unit apart trying to fix it twice. Wasted lots of time, and ended up throwing it away. Very frustrating!

Waste of money

I forgot why I never buy these, so when my child asked for one for back to school I bought her a two pack. Now I remember: the tape always ends up coming out of the cassette and there is no way to wind it back up again! You would think after a decade on the market, they would address or fix this problem. Maybe they think they will get more money because people will buy more of the same shoddy product to replace it when it breaks, but personally they lose me as a customer!

It's great until...

I have thrown too many of these away simply because the tape comes out too far and there is no way to rewind. I've taken a couple apart but it's not worth the aggravation. BIC's smaller version has a rewind slot. This is a complete failure. I'll use other brands in the future!

Terrible - I am swearing off this product for good. No tape comes out after the first few times of using and then when I try to fix it the whole thing becomes hopelessly tangled. I get maybe 10 uses out of one roll before I have to throw it away - what a waste of money! Bic, you really need to improve the design of this product.
