This product is a waste of money

I've tried using this product many times over my decades of business experience. I have NEVER been able to get through even half of the tape without the reel skipping, and making it virtually impossible to continue to use the device. As someone who's been in the manufacturing industry for my entire career, I have to say that this is one of the worst designed products I've ever used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst of a great idea!!!

Granted, this is a great idea. However, The design Sucks!!! Do not waste your money! I have tried several of these, hoping they fixed the design flaw that helps the correction, tape stay tight so that it would flow properly. They have not and so far anything that has been tried, has not worked to fix the problem with this correction tape and how it flows. it is more of a waste of money, time and headache then just waiting for the stupid liquid to dry even though that you still have to put more than one coat and shake it real well. Just so you know, bic Company I have an idea for the perfect design… But only if you’re willing to pay me for it!! Lol just saying guys DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I bought a multi-pack of the Bic Wite Out. Worst mistake I have ever made. It is no wonder why people have posted videos and instructions on how to fix the feed on this product. For every one that worked correctly, two did not. That means that over half of the multi-pack that I purchased was defective.

I bought a four-pack of Bic "wite-out "tape a month ago. When the first one quit working so early, I threw it away. Then I pulled out the second one and it stopped working too. Because there appeared to be so much tape left on the roll, I thought I had somehow jammed it - so I started to pull and pull until I could finally pull no further. This is where it came to a BIG stop. Well, I gave it one last tug and out popped your "little stopper" - but I continued on pulling, foot after foot of blank tape until I reached the end of my reel. Well, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to see how deceptive you really are. You make your product appear to hold a big bunch of tape - just by looking in the "window". But what the consumer is looking at is 75% fluff and 25% real product. That's one way to boost your sales. Too bad, I had used our products in one form or another for many years. Now, because of the evidence I have uncovered and kept, I am planning to turn your company over to the Consumer Protection Agency and anyone else who will stand still long enough to listen.

The last 3 I have bought have ended up right in the trash. It use to be a functioning product, now you make them so they wont work, and you have no quality control.I will never buy any BIC products again .I will not waste any more of my time on products that go out the door defective.

I have purchased more than 10 (of the double pks) these items and it is ridiculous from such a well-known company they always break before the witeout tape is empty most of the time they break when you've only used a little bit of it. I will not buy anymore of these witeout tapes until you guys make sure there's a way we can go in and easily fix the tape that needs to be wound up inside that's been used because once that is somehow magically popped out you cannot fix it I've tried taking one apart I can't get it back together and when I do get it back together it's still broken you need to make a more efficient and effective product and if you can't then you need to make it accessible to where we can fix it instead of wasting our money on these items that tend to make our life a lot easier than using liquid white out honestly I believe that I deserve some sort of compensation because I am really holding back here on the words that I really want to use because I'm trying to be an adult about this but I'm really mad every time I buy one somehow something happens & the used clear tape will not go back in and once that happens I can't use it anymore I mean I could show you at least 10 of them that have white out in them but I can't use it. I can almost guarantee that I will never hear back from this unreliable company BIC I mean at least make the stupid thing accessible to be able to fix them ourselves, but instead they know this and they make even more money since they break so quickly and then I have to buy more every time and they know we need them for a lot of things like: teachers & students have a lot of need for homework and stuff like that, stationary & calendar/planner corrections, businesses use them for many different things. With plenty of knowledge of how awesome they work when they actually do work (I've never been able to use one all the way till the whiteout tape was actually empty). But I have lost so much money in order to not to have the inconvenience of liquid white out...
