Pretty but not consistent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way the pens feel in my hand and the colors are very pleasing. Out of the six I got four of them wrote very beautifully; that being the pink, blue, and purple ones. The green and peach I didn’t think they wrote as cleanly.

Nice set of writing pens in multiple metallic colo

I am a huge Paper Mate fan. This pen set is wonderful because you get three metallic gen pens at the same time - gold, silver, and rose gold. They write really smoothly and easily, typical of the Paper Mate brand. I noticed that two of the pens didn't have the normal glue glob at the end which ensures that ink doesn't dry faster than normal. I normally use a Signo gold pen for my crafting machine and I still prefer the Signo pen compared to the Paper Mate gold pen for color and smoothness. Of note, the Paper Mate gold pen fits nicely in my crafting machine universal pen holder. My favorite of the three pens is the silver.

They are pretty metallic colors in a three pack. They write like a typical gel pen which can sometimes be inconsistent but overall look great.

Metallic pens...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range of colors is great. It says they are medium but they don't write as smooth as others I've written with. Some colors are vibrant and others are hard to see on white paper. A few of them seem to have dried out also. I had to press down pretty hard. I'm sure these would show more vibrant on dark paper. I also wish they wrote smoother.

Fun colored pens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Paper Mate ink joy gel, metallic pens to try out. The pens took a few swipes on the paper to start flowing. Once they started the pens worked smoothly on white paper. I like how they feel in my hand. However, I was disappointed with how the pens write on black/dark paper. None of the colors really showed up. The colors are fun for doodling on light paper.

Fun and useful addition to my pen collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a teacher, I’m always looking for great pens for grading and taking notes, so I was excited to try the Paper Mate InkJoy Gel Metallic Pens. Overall, they worked well and were comfortable to hold, which will make long writing sessions easy on the hands. The metallic colors added a nice touch, but not all of them showed up well on dark backgrounds. Additionally, I noticed that some colors didn’t write as smoothly as others. Despite these minor issues, they’re still a fun and useful addition to my pen collection!
