kcups defective!

I have never had an issue before, but my last order contained about half of the kcups being defective to the point where I had to dump the coffee and start over. Half of the coffee grounds would end up in my cup. It had never happened before and only with this brand. The others were fine. I could see maybe 1 or 2 but at least 6 out of my order were bad. Otherwise, this was my favorite brand. I won't be ordering again as it's just too expensive to have to throw out every other cup of coffee... has anyone else had this problem with eight o'clock coffee kcups?? just curious......Thank you!!

Eight O'Clock coffee is an American tradition, like the English and their tea. This is a smooth breakfast blend coffee - no hint of bitterness or over-roasting. Simply perfect.
