Just so u guys know, when I was young and just starting in the work force I worked for 5 years at packaging 8 o'clock coffees That's why I only buy it. That was in the 1950s Thanks

I love this coffee. It has a very smooth and balanced taste. It reminds me of the coffee that my grandmother made. Great way to start the morning.
I've been buying this brand for over a year. It's perfect for me, a medium coffee.

What has gone sideways w/ this once-loved product?

Been ordering these k-cups for a long time, but the last two shipments have been weak and watery. We're now looking for a replacement, as we've lost our trust in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Consistently clog my brewer

I have purchased these k cups before with no problem, but recently I am getting the "Sorry, brew interrupted" error. The k cups explode in the brewer making a huge mess. I have descaled, used the Brewer Maintenance Accessory and have run a cleansing brew afterwards. Still every time I used these k cups, I get the "Sorry, brew interrupted" error. Previously, I don't remember how long ago, but I recently reset the settings and turned off the "High Altitude" option. This morning, I went back into the settings menu and enabled the "High Altitude" option. After that I ran my first k cup without getting the error message.
I would recommend this to a friend!
