I received the product in a plain brown cardboard box. The files were bent to fit in the box. Quality seems ok but I have not been able to use them yet because I am pressing them down with a heavy large book on a flat surface in hopes they will straighten out. It seems to be working. I am unable to use the box for the hanging files for storage in the office since it puts a curve in the product. Bummer. product seems ok. 2 stars since I have to wait to see if they will work .
