Hanging file folders

This is a great product and I love the fact that you can choose boxes that contain only one color. One color per box helps me to better organize things without having to buy several boxes to get the color I need.

I have been using these hanging folders for over three years now. I love the selection of colors but blue is my favorite. They are sturdy enough for my files and some of our clients give us a lot of work and they all require drawings because the work we do is custom. These folders do not break like some others where I have to remove several other hanging folders in order to pick up the folder contents from the bottom of the file drawer. Also the price is reasonable for a good product. I ordered these on line for the first time and it was simple and convenient.

They hang on their little hooks and they hold papers! Purple was hard to find but one of my file drawers was already started with purple.

Loves these...needed approximately 25 files organized and these fit the bill. Love the fact that you can purchase just one color instead of multi-colors. They hang perfectly in my new file holder. The color cheers me up & goes with the decor in my small office. Thanks Staples:)

Make filing less drudgery

I'm by nature a piler not a filer. So the happy blue hanging folders lift my spirits enough to actually use them and minimize my woefully inefficient tendencies. The standard olive files remind me more of a military uniform and the monotonous robotic mind-numbing discipline required to put each document in its appropriate file immediately. It's well worth the couple extra cents to liven up the home office so I know I'm not at work but actually enjoying myself.

The best way to file is by color coding. I put my accounts payable bills in these color hanging folders. When I came to my company they just had them in regular folders and it was always difficult to file things away. Now my filing system is much easier.

These folders are a little more flimsy than what I am used to but I like the bright color contrast to dark desk setting and they do the job.
