I brought this for a member of my family who has to have little or no caffeine for health reasons. I have enjoyed it too as well as the rest of the family. It is tasty, refreshing, enjoyable and a nice pick-me-up which is hard to find in the local grocery store. Keep up the good work on making available a good product, at a reasonable price, to the public..

Not like a bag of Twinings

I tried many of the teas and find the K-cup technique lacking and just does not compare with pouring boiling water over tea (I mostly use bags to stop my wife from complaining about the mess). The tea does not have the complexity of balance of Twinings bags. If you are satisfied in a diner with small pot of hot water and a basket of tea bags you will like this product. But if you preheat the pot and enjoy sitting down with a good cup of tea stick with what you are using.

Tea is nice, the K-cups are defective.

I am a big tea-drinker, and quite like this tea. I have it with milk and sugar, and it's really flavorful and yummy. The worst part of my experience was that I ordered a 25-cup pack, of which 22 have burst/leaked during the brewing process, getting tea leaves everywhere, and causing a huge mess. I haven't had this problem with any other brand of K-cup. I would like to order this tea again, but can't take a chance.
Pros: Convenient, Smooth Body
Cons: WEAK
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
