Something Changed & Not for the Better...

I thought I kept grabbing a different flavored pod, but I was grabbing my all-time favorite flavored Cinnamon Sugar Cookie and it tastes different (not in a good way), and the pod has a strong maple smell. I thought the pods were mislabeled and came online to try a new order. I decided to check the recent reviews first and I see several others are having the same experience. If this wasn't a labeling mistake, and the formula was actually changed (and drastically so it seems), why in the world would you do that to such a popular item? (And why wouldn't you indicate it changed?) And did anyone taste-test before signing off?? If it was a labeling mistake (my preference) then fess up & fix it. I buy a lot of this but am not keen on trying it again, without some explanation & confirmation that it has been corrected. I still have 2 more boxes of what I assume are the same disappointing flavor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perhaps you think I am being a bit melodramatic when I say that my life means nothing without Cinnamon Sugar Cookie coffee, but I mean it. I am like Persephone trapped in the darkness of Hades half the year waiting for this blessed coffee to free me from my despair. Have it all year long, why must I beg?

This is my favorite coffee flavor of all time....please bring it back ALL YEAR LONG. The smell is awesome....the taste is exceptional.

I'm unbelievably sad that this is limited edition, it's SO good!! It's honestly my new favorite. It does taste like a Snickerdoodle...delicious!
