What happened?!

I discovered this flavor last winter and really though it was fantastic, so when it became available again this fall I bought 3 boxes of it. I don't know what changed between last year and Fall of 2022, but it's most definitely NOT the same flavor and tastes awful! It has an unpleasant and somewhat harsh "burnt coffee" undertone, and I can't drink it without adding some of my partner's flavored creamer to it (I normally only use milk). Completely disappointed and a huge waste of money.

This used to be my favorite coffee. Since it’s seasonal,I would stock up to make sure I had it throughout the summer. Now it’s gross. They added a brown sugar/maple type flavoring to it and ruined it. I will not purchase again.

One of my favorite flavors so i ordered up and now have two boxes that i will not be using. There is no hint of any cinnamon. Smells and tastes totally different, like a maple, caramel, pecany? flavor.. Customer service seemed more concerned about the numbers on my keurig machine than understanding it was the pods/coffee and not my machine.

I’ve loved this coffee for so long and stock up when it’s available...however it sells out so quickly. Hint...hint...maybe you should sell all year long.

Need to have this coffee available longer or better yet, all year long. I get frustrated because it is always out of stock.

They changed it and now there is no taste of cinnamon at ALL.. just a disgusting maple/butterscotch taste. PLEASE bring back the old stuff!

This used to be the best coffee and now it is very light, taste like chemicals and some strange caramel smell, no cinnamon at all, it’s terrible and taste cheap. I’m upset because I ordered enough to go though winter because it’s seasonal and now I’m stuck with a ton of disgusting coffee!!!

I used to love this flavor! The past year it seems to have gone ‘natural’ but tastes very off and nothing like it used too! Has a fake chemical taste others have described. The old version tasted amazing and with a bit of milk and sugar LITERALLY tasted like a cinnamon sugar cookie or snickerdoodle. PLEASE bring the old version back!
