I pass up Starbucks for a cup of this. I've tried many k-cups and this is still my fav.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smooth Taste

Wow! I've tried several different BOLD coffees from Green Mountain Coffee and this is my favorite so far, although Dark Magic, Espresso blend, and Double Black Diamond are all exceptional BOLD coffees in my opinion. It has a great aroma and wonderful chocolate undertones! It will definitely get you going in the morning too if you're looking for a great pick me up. Highly recommended!

I tried a 5 pack of k-cups in this variety and I really enjoy it. Rich, dark flavor, almost chocolate in flavor....This is seriously one of my top favorites in the dark roasts

I'm always on the hunt for quality tasting coffee. For me this means not bitter, bold, and fresh tasting. I do not flavor, or 'hide' my coffee so I like the flavor to be originally fantastic. I drink only one cup a day, therefore, it's not about the caffiene content, it's all about the flavor and aroma that I enjoy soooo much.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Balanced Acidity, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

L-O-V-E This Coffee!

I'm usually somewhat hesitant about the Extra Bold coffee, but this was a very pleasant surprise! From the smell of the brew to the taste all the way till the last drop, I fell in love! I will definately be buying more of this flavor!

Best thus far

Had my husband not insisted, I would not have even tasted these new-fangled wanna-be real coffee K-cups. The Sumatran Reserve Extra Bold by Green Mountain Coffee is the best of the K-Cups thus far. If this K-Cup were to suddenly disappear from the market, my old coffee pot will be back on the counter top. Please note, I do not add milk or sugar to my coffee... those additives needed only for bad brew.

Extra Bold = Extra Flavor! :)

This is another full body, bold blend. Many people get scared with these full body blends. If you are a "big box store" buyer from the grocery store, and are drinking the red or blue cans, than no, this probably isn't for you. If you enjoy complex, bold big flavor, this is for you. Just remember 1 thing, and it's in your brewing book.
