Having just received my packages I now see why they were delayed and off the radar for several days. The big box was definately repacked and many of the smaller boxes inside were crushed. Plus I'm pretty much sure they created a second box with one box of k-cups, to say the least the packaging was a mess and the email receeipts do not match the contents for either box. Not sure if any of the individual k-cups were damaged without opening all of them but it definately had a rough trip. Definately disappointing they don't even acknowledge there was an issue.
