Just okay

I bought a box of 12 of the Sumatran Reserve. I will drink them because I bought them, but I won't buy them again. The coffee has a burnt aroma to it that is not appealing.
Pros: Smooth, Dark
Cons: Has A Burnt Aroma
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sumatran Reserve Extra Bold

I SO enjoy the first cup of the day to be this. It compares well with Newman's Own Bold as a good strong cup full of flavor and oh so addicting. I use the large cup selection. I have only 3 choices for my Keurig, small, medium, large and the blend turns out perfect on large. Still strong, and great tasting.

Lackluster Roast

While this roast is good it lacks the full body and depth I look for in a Sumatra.

A bit bitter.

Out of all of the Green Mountain dark roasts I have had, this is my least favorite. It has an acidity and bitterness to it that I can't really get past. While it's drinkable with cream and sweetner, it isn't great black.
Pros: Deep Flavor
Cons: Quite Bitter
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Disappointed

I have been drinkng Green Mountain Sumatran for years and I am very disappointed. The new recipe is awful. I do not like flavored coffee which is why Sumatran was always my favorite. These new flavorings ruined the coffee. Go back to your original tecipe.

Love this coffee. Strong but tastes like coffee and not like burned rubber like so many other strong coffees do.
