This coffee may be ok for someone looking for a mild blend. I has no business in the bold catagory.

Not my cup o tea, I guess!

I tastes like someone mixed in dandelion greens... I gave it several days in a row to settle in... but it was just horrible to my palate. Obviously, with the high rating people like this particular bean. I love and trust Green Mountain, but this one just sat wrong with me.
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unpleasant Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

it was my coffee for 3 years but...

I tried them all---they all tasted like brown water, until I got this Sumatran. They was actually better than the beans I had been burr-grinding and carefully measuring. I drank this coffee exclusively for 3 years until December 2013, when this, too, tasted like brown water.I called up Keurig and asked for darkest roast they had.I was sent 24 k-cups of Barista Prima 'Italian Roast'.This was dark, somewhat bitter, with a distinct after-taste of benzene.
Pros: Not Bitter
Cons: Not Enough Flavor, Brown Water Suddenly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Sumatran

I got this coffee in the Fair Trade Sampler. I was excited to try it because I have always been a fan of Sumatran blends. This, however, is not a Sumatran blend. The beans taste burnt and the after taste made me go brush my teeth. I am glad that I did not buy this in a big pack.
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unpleasant Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I brewed this in the smallest cup setting to make it drinkable but it is still too weak for me! Granted I like coffee black and practically espresso!!
Cons: Not Enough Flavor, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just got my Cuisinart k-cup brewer two days after Christmas. Trying as many k-cups as I can and reading lots of reviews. I tend to like medium to bold coffee. The GMC: Sumatran is my favorite cup so far. I love it's Bold/Rich, yet smooth taste with chocolate undertones. yum..I'm craving it now!
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Roast, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extra Bold = Extra Flavor! :)

This is another full body, bold blend. Many people get scared with these full body blends. If you are a "big box store" buyer from the grocery store, and are drinking the red or blue cans, than no, this probably isn't for you. If you enjoy complex, bold big flavor, this is for you. Just remember 1 thing, and it's in your brewing book.
Pros: Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
I would recommend this to a friend!
