I’ve been a regular Keurig consumer for several years and enjoy a variety of brands/blends marketed by the company. But there is a defect in packaging that is as consistent as the good taste of each brew: at least one container in the box (usually in the second row from the front) arrives with a slit across the top. Usually this results in a spill of the coffee from the cup. I’m hoping that this defect is checked by quality control, and that it at least becomes more random if not eliminated completely.
