If you are a Dark Coffee drinker you'll really like this coffee. It has a nice bold flavor but it is not bitter in any way. I typically drink my coffee Black and this is one of my new favorite Dark coffees.

I wanted to try a fuller flavor coffee than I normally use (which I love will always use) for times when I wanted to add flavors or other liquids so as to still have coffee flavor. The Sumatra blend is perfect . I also use coffee in some things I cook and a fuller flavor coffee works better for those things also. I also like it as a change now and then from my Nantucket Blend.

Excellent dark/bold coffee. I'm cautious about buying dark roast coffee as it can sometimes be bitter. This Sumatra Reserve is wonderful, full flavor and stands up to cream wonderfully.
