As a fan of dark coffees, I am always on the lookout for one with complexity and without the burnt flavor so common in the category. For that reason, I was pleasantly surprised by Green Mountain's Sumatra Reserve. There's a hint of the burnt bean but it does not linger. Instead, I get more spice and earthiness. Overall, very satisfying.

I was a bit skeptical about Green Mountain's Sumatra. I had my favorite but I just wanted to see how it compared. I am so glad that I did. This holds up to Starbuck's Sumatra so well. It's a deep, rich flavor and aroma. You won't be disappointed.
