Truly Disheartened - No Longer a Five Star Brew

This was the only k-cup coffee I used, but as others have said, something has definitely changed. Whether it's less coffee or change in design (not using that plastic ring in the bottom of the pod), the coffee has lost its deep, complex flavor and now seems only adequate. Nothing special about this Italian roast any longer.

This used to be my favorite K-Cup, it was robust, had a ton of flavor and love it, unfortunately, they removed almost 25% of the coffee grounds per k-cup and now the flavor is as best mediocre.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was offered a free case of coffee to fix a mess up by Keurig, and chose this because it was new and bold. I love a cup of coffee that reaches out of the mug, slaps me around a little, and calls me Nancy, so I was hoping this would at least shake a fist. I was not disappointed! It is now my favorite cup! It's good and strong, stands up to added cream, and makes a full 12 oz cup of coffee without feeling watered down. Choose a smaller cup, froth up some milk and you have a nice cappuccino.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Coffee house quality, Pleasing Roast, Balanced Acidity

This is a fantastic cup of coffee for anyone that like dark roast. I'm a french roast fan, but like this better!
