I do not always have my coffee black, I usually like a stronger strength with some steamed milk for that latte. This was perfect to drink black if you like a stronger flavor without the over bitter taste.

Dark, Strong, but Satisfying

While I wouldn't say this is a new favorite (borders on the verge of after taste), it was still pleasant while being strong. The detail of being robust says it all - it is indeed! I do not normally drink italian roasts as a typical coffee in my line up, but I wouldn't mind having this around for some of those stronger heavier desserts or an extremely rich in taste dessert that needs a strong coffee to accompany it. Definitely one that works well in traveler's mugs since it stands up well to small sips.
