I think this is a great roast to serve with a decadent chocolate after dinner roast. Would also be a good base for serving Irish Coffes to guests (and self!)

Bold, Dark & Tasty

This is a great coffee! It is extremely bold and almost tastes like espresso. If you are going to drink this coffee I would recommend doing it on a medium or large size. This coffee is strong, so do not ruin it with creamer! In my opinion this coffee would be great either in one of two extremes...totally black, or poured into a latte. Although not my favorite coffee, I do enjoy this variety of barista prima. Take the risk and give it a try. A pleasant taste with little bitterness.

I normally drink "Newman's Own" the Melance Special. It's an extra Bold blend so this Italian Roast was right up my alley. I enjoyed this blend and will most likely purchase it in the future. Thanks for the free sample!!
