LATTE HEAVEN!!

I've tried every K cup made to make a really great latte, but none have met my expectations. The bolds try, but never quite measure up even though I use them. I was sent an Italian Roast to sample, and used it this morning to make my latte. Well, I'm here on the site ordering four boxes of it because it was THAT GOOD. I'm sold. Best K cup I've ever used, and worth the few extra dollars for a truly great espresso/latte.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Smooth Taste, Not Bitter, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Roast, Balanced Acidity

This is my new favorite K-cup coffee. I LOVE Starbucks coffees and hated that I couldn't get it in K-cups. But this is the closest coffee to match it - I love the Italian roast!

I was so disappointed that Caribou stopped making my favorite French Roast (my choice of coffee). I ordered a bunch of French Roasts to try and find my next best thing and added some Italian Roasts as well including this one. I was rating each one on a 1-10 scale compared to the Caribou which I rated 10. When I got to taste the Barista Prima Italian and French roasts I rated both 11. Awesome coffee. Born and raised in Holland I was used to dark and strong coffee. These two roasts from Barista Prima bring back what I missed for many years. Too bad the price is a bit high compared to all the other brands.

My Very Favorite!

I have enjoyed almost all the Keurig Dark Roast and Extra Bold Selections. Up till now, I especially enjoyed Timothy's Parisain Nights, GM Dark Magic, Tulley's French and Italion Roasts, GM Sumatran Reserve, and Van Houtte's Eclipse. However, the Barista Prima Italion Roast is certainly one of the finest coffee tastes I have ever experienced. I can't believe I can get this quality out of a single serve brewer. It is full bodied, has delightful deep flavor, smooth with no bitterness. With its somewhat complex flavors, it is a coffee I truly enjoy sipping and reflecting on. I really enjoy the Barista Prima French Roast also, but there is just something very special and enjoyable about this Italion Roast that will keep me coming back.

Love in a Cup

Seriously I am in L-O-V-E with this coffee. I literally look forward to getting up every morning so I can have my two cups of this a day. I was always looking for a way to mimic the great coffees you get in nice restaurants and this is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. It's a bold flavor, so I can see why some people may not care for it. However, if you like strong but smooth and rich flavored coffee...this is it! The only downside is that it's ruined my taste for all other coffee, I will choke some other stuff down if I have to but if there's a Keruig machine anywhere near me I'm bringing this along to enjoy. cheers!

This product leaves me feeling satisfied with just one cup instead of the 2-3 cups of drip brewed coffee.
