Best Bold Blend by far

I have never been a fan of the Keurig for the fact that I could never find a coffee pod that was strong enough and flavorful enough for me. I purchased this mostly for the rest of my family with the hope I could find a coffee K-cup that I would like. This Italian roast is not only the best tasting pod I have tried (and I have tried many) but it is nice and strong with a bold flavor without bitterness. LOVE IT!
Up front let me admit I love the full bodied well roasted but not burnt to a crisp coffees. I was afraid that Keurig would have gone with one of those Americanized imitations of what some roasters see as Italian roast coffee – in other words burnt to a crisp. I was wonderfully surprised. When made with 8 ounces of water it was a flat and watery (to me) but when made with 4 to 6 ounces of water it is a good, solid cup without any of the burnt taste prevalent in many Americanized Italian wannabees. I dusted off one of my old standard coffee cups (4 to 6 oz) and it was very good. My quick and dirty workaround to the 4 to 6 ounce cup size problem is to make two cups and pour them into my big mug to take care of my immediate Italian roast coffee fix. Unfortunately I went through all 5 sample pods in that one sitting so now am waiting for more. All in all, this is a good Italian roast coffee. For those who are still not sure if they want to drink on the dark side, don't be afraid to try this. You will be happily surprised.
I like a coffee that takes me back to Europe. Strong taste...I hate the weak/tasteless coffee that we all seem to get here in the USA. I also like a coffee that I can smell brewing from across the house. This Barista Prima looks, smells and tastes like a great coffee should.
This coffee is strong and taste like what a cup of coffee should taste like. I e tried several other brands of Italian toast and Barrista Primo is the best I've had. All I buy now is Barista Primo no more trying other coffees.

I have been drinking the Barista Prima French Roast for a while as the dark roast is my favorite. I recently tried this one and I think this is even darker than French Roast.
If you are a dark roast fan, try this one. You won't be disappointed.

Used to be great fan and of late have been hugely disappointed in lackluster aroma and flavor. Feels like they have done some to downgrade the taste and quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love, love, love this coffee! I just tried it because I always try the new coffees, and was hoping I wouldn't like it since it's more expensive; but I was fooled. It is my new favorite!
Cons: none

Well, I was skeptical of this being worth the money when compared to Double Black Diamond or Tully's Italian Roast which are my go to drinks. However, I will be adding a box of this to my order from now on. It's sometimes hard to believe you can make an even better product when you so many great ones already. Not sure how Keurig and [...] top this roast
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
