I've been drinking this brand of coffee for nearly 10 years and it's always been consistently good, UNTIL, Barista Prima reduced the amount of coffee in their k-cups by 20%, while charging the same amound of money. I will return my large box and and find another brand but not from Keurig. This is a poor way to earn customer loyalty. So long!

It use to have .47 oz. per pod now its .36 oz.,....ruined the robust flavor we all fell in love with now its disgusting!! So disappointed just ordered 8 -24 pks of it and now I am stuck with it!
This was my favorite coffee for years and all of a sudden I noticed the change in taste with a new box I purchased at first I thought it was me but as I started reading reviews I realized I wasn’t crazy and they are completely right about how they put less coffee in each pod now and the flavor that I loved is gone!! So sad that they can’t leave things alone and try to get greedy by putting less grinds in the K-cup!! Time to go back to my French press!
Used to be great fan and of late have been hugely disappointed in lackluster aroma and flavor. Feels like they have done some to downgrade the taste and quality.

Thank you for your feedback. We will pass this along.
I am wondering- has the formula on this Italian Roast changed? This has been my foritr flavor for almost 6 years - within the last few to several months I have noticed it seems much weaker. I only put in a tiny bit of half and half and it seems to lighten immediately and tastes weak. Anyone else experiencing this? I am curious to know!
For several years I have been drinking this Italian Roast and loving it. It was definitely the best dark roast coffee out there, smooth and rich, almost like drinking a good espresso. Something has changed recently and the coffee is not as strong or rich. It tastes like any medium roast coffee. It has lost its great flavor. I hope the company fixes this issue and brings back the wonderful roast I have loved for several years,
