Italian Roast, a new blend for us

I just ordered 96 pods of the Italian Roast Decaf, so I hope I haven't wasted my money. We are usually medium roast people, but we wanted to try the Italian Roast because my Hubby is Italian, so I figured it had to be good. I hope I haven't wasted my money. I ordered the larger amount because I got a HUGE discount and wanted to save money but reading all the negative reviews scares me a bit, so we'll see. Right now, I'd be afraid to recommend this coffee to anyone, we'll see about that also. I will leave an updated review when I have tried the Italian Roast.

What happened?

We received a new box of my favorite coffee recently and the flavor seems flat, not at all what I've been accustomed to. Anyone else have this issue? So disappointed.

Our most recent box of this coffee does not measure up to the ones we have had in the past. Seems like when you touch the top seal it is very pliant and not stiff. Almost like more air is in there. The taste is not as strong or as bold as we have had previously. Very disappointed. Hope the next box is better
