Roasted? More like grilled!

It smelled burnt and had the taste to go with it. It was also bitter.
Cons: Unappealing Or Flat Aroma, Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unpleasant Flavor

I love a up of good, full bodied coffee and this one hits the spot with me!
Pros: Smooth Taste, Not Bitter, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Aroma, Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Roast

One bold cup of coffee!

This one packs a punch! I have been brewing the largest cup size on my Keurig and even with added cream this k-cup is quite bold. This one is worth the added cost if you really love dark roasted bold coffee. This strikes me as an equal replacement for the Starbucks Ethiopia Sidamo blend that made me miss my Cuisinart brewer. Not for the faint of heart, but if you love dark coffee this is a gem and worth every penny!

Fantastic Coffee

This is a fantastic cup of coffee for anyone that like dark roast. I'm a french roast fan, but like this better!

Middle of the road k-cup

Thought this would give me a taste of Europe, but if it did, I didn't like it. Needed to add sugar to tone down the aftertaste. Disappointed in this one.
Pros: Pleasing Roast

Makes a great cappuccino

This coffee makes as good a cappuccino as I've ever had...including Italian Coffeehouses. The Keurig frother works great...I have retired my old Pavini machine purchased in the 1970s to the basement. If you have a machine with variable sizes, I suggest the 4 oz. setting. Six oz. is okay, but you loose a little of the richness of the coffee. If you want a tall cappuccino, use 2 K Cups on the 4 oz. setting. An expensive way to go, with its premium price...but worth it for a special treat.

Ok but not worth the money

This is a very drinkable coffee but why pay the premium. Timothy's San Lorenzo Dark offers a better product at a lower price.

I got my Keurig for Christmas 2010. After being overwhelmed with choices of coffee, I decied to read some reviews of the extra bold because I like stronger coffees. This had very good reviews and I agree with all the postives. A perfect coffee if you like a full rich cup of coffee and like bold flavor. There is no way to get it wrong with this one. Perfect!
