I was so disappointed that Caribou stopped making my favorite French Roast (my choice of coffee). I ordered a bunch of French Roasts to try and find my next best thing and added some Italian Roasts as well including this one. I was rating each one on a 1-10 scale compared to the Caribou which I rated 10. When I got to taste the Barista Prima Italian and French roasts I rated both 11. Awesome coffee. Born and raised in Holland I was used to dark and strong coffee. These two roasts from Barista Prima bring back what I missed for many years. Too bad the price is a bit high compared to all the other brands.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Rich and Dark, Pleasing Roast
Cons: Price

Love, love ,love this k cup

I've tried a lot of different K cup blends but this by far is worth the extra couple of dollars. Nice and strong but smooth

Just because it costs more doesn't mean it's better. Note that it is a dark roast but not "extra bold" Huge difference in ultimate flavor. I thought because I liked the Tully's Italian roast, I would like this....NOT TRUE. I would classify this as a medium roast with a burnt aftertaste.

Cons: Unpleasant Flavor, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Unpleasant Aftertaste, Not Enough Flavor

This is my new favorite K-cup coffee. I LOVE Starbucks coffees and hated that I couldn't get it in K-cups. But this is the closest coffee to match it - I love the Italian roast!

I would like this one even more if the price were little better. For the price difference I was hoping this would become hopeful regular. I definitely like the strength in the initial taste.
