For Serious Coffee Drinkers

I received the Italian Roast as part of a sample pack. I found it had a stronger and deeper flavor compared to Big Easy Bold, Tully's Bold, and other dark roasts I've tried so far. This coffee is made for people who like an intense coffee.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste

Rich, bold, crisp and clean

As a person that enjoys coffee black (no additives), this had a nice rich flavor without the sweetness that some caramelizing brings in other roasts. Very satisfying and pleasant; pure coffee goodness.

Of the Barista Prima this is my second favorite. Love the aroma and flavor. Smooth strong and intense. A good cup of coffee.

Was very suprised to get a variety pack in the mail for four different blends. So far the Italian Roast is my favorite. Wonderful flavor, smooth and aroma is comforting. I love coffee and this one is a winner.

I think this is a great roast to serve with a decadent chocolate after dinner roast. Would also be a good base for serving Irish Coffes to guests (and self!)
