Not As Exciting As I Had Hoped

Given that this offering is part of Green Mountain's Barista Prima line "in the tradition of Europe's most celebrated coffeehouses" and as such is more expensive than the others, I was expecting a top-notch coffeehouse experience. What I got was an average, decent cup o' joe. Don't get me wrong. It's good; well-balanced with low acidity. It just doesn't have that "wow" factor.
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Not Bitter
Cons: Not Enough Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We loved this coffee!

We tried a sample pack of the Columbia & it's the coffee we've been searching for. It's like good restaurant coffee. Makes a large travel mug.
I enjoy medium roast extra bold coffee. I thought this Columbia tasted a little "burnt". I was surprised that I didn't love it because I loved the House Blend. I received this as a sample from Keurig and appreciate the opportunity to taste it. I still have to try the Italian Roast and the French Roast.
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bitter Bitter!

It had a burnt smell to it. At first taste it was strong, but then you get a bitter aftertaste almost immedidately. I would drink it only if it was the only coffee available and I was out of gas.
Cons: Too bitter, Unpleasant Aftertaste
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My new daily k-cup

Out of all coffee types Columbian is my favorite so I seek out good Columbian coffee's, and this one did not disappoint! It's perfectly balanced and roasted and had the exact flavor and boldness I was looking for. I don't mind paying extra because other than maybe Kona, Columbian beans are the best in the world (to me anyway). This is my new favorite k-cup for daily use.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma, Balanced Acidity, Not Bitter
I would recommend this to a friend!
