Has a smooth taste, not too acidic. Great aroma for that first morning cup or second cup in the afternoon. The only thing I add to my coffee is non-dairy creamer. I don't use sweeteners or flavored creamers. I like my coffee too taste like coffee.

Fabulous Flavor!

Most other Colombian blends I've tried are weak in flavor or they have a bitter taste, so I was thrilled to discover this Columbian blend of Barista Prima. It doesn't have any bitterness or bad aftertaste, just great consistent flavor. Truly my top favorite amongst Columbian blends.

lighter roast for dark roast lovers

I generally prefer a darker roast, but this is really a nice change of pace for a dark roast lover. It has a rich aroma, tastes fresher than other brands, and does not have the sour taste that I dislike in so many lighter roasts. It is very close to a dark roast and would probably be enjoyed by both medium and dark roast drinkers who like a bolder (stronger) cup of Joe.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter, Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Roast
Cons: Not Enough Flavor

This coffee aroma, pleasant as it is, does not produce an equally acceptable taste, either during or after sampling the actual drink it produces. Caffeine high follows: not my intent I received a free,unsolicited, sample of this coffee from the company, and am reviewing it only because they asked for it. Apparently their marketing agents hadn't been careful in selecting its recipients.

I hated everything about this coffee. Aroma, body, flavor, just a bad cup of coffee. I drink Extra Bold and/or Dark Roast exclusively so my taste is geared toward the strong brews if you are evaluating. The only reason I gave this one star is that it at least did not have that sour acid taste but was just not good. Cheap tasting.
