Best coffee ever!

This is one of my top 3 coffees. I've ordered this repeatedly. It's balanced, smooth and the strength is perfect to get me going in the morning. There's no bitterness to this one. Just pure perfection!

Very smooth coffee with robust flavor. Our Keurig brews the perfect cup of coffee every time. All my friends have also switched to this Hawaiian blend!

I really enjoy this coffee. I brew it at 10 oz. on the Strong setting. Smells and tastes wonderful.

Very surprised when I first tasted this particular brand. It has a pleasing smell and great taste; I love it! No aftertaste and very smooth going down. We are making sure we order enough to last until next year!

One of my favorite roasts. It has the bold nuttiness I love with a hint of something light and citrusy. Excellent cup of coffee and one I will continue to buy.

Great coffee, BUT

I ordered this 6 boxes of this coffee 3 months ago, and when the shipment arrived, it was one box short. Customer service immediately sent a voucher/coupon code for a free box of coffee for next order. This past week I re-ordered the same coffee, same number, and using the coupon code. My total bill was adjusted accordingly. I just received the shipment, but I WAS SHORT ONE BOX! AGAIN!! WHAT KIND OF GIG YOU RUNNING OVER THERE?!! Anyone else have this trouble? Customer service is sending a box this time, but I'm short a total of two boxes. I'm also waiting on a phone call from them.
