I really do love this coffee, but continue to have frustration with the packaging. When opening the boxes along the dotted line, I have more than once punctured one of the pods. This resulted in coffee grounds spilling everywhere. Same thing has happened to a friend of mine. We are as gentle as possible, using a fingernail on that dotted line. I hope Keurig finds a way to improve this packaging and makes that dotted line stronger, so that box opens more easily.

This is my favorite coffee. It has extra coffee taste without tasting bitter or burnt. It is the one I always have first in the morning to get me focused. It holds its flavor in iced coffee too.
