Americano not espresso, even in the smallest kcup brewable cup. It is a strong cup, full of bold flavor, as one would expect with a fine espresso grind and dark brew. works great to turn into an ice coffee or cappuccino specialty drink. Flavor similar to what I make with my stovetop moka pot, with less mess.

I will most likely not order again. I preferred the Dark Italian Roadt from Eight O’Clock brand. The Dark Italian Expresso has a totally different taste.
