My favorite K-cup coffee. I like it as well as Starbucks French Roast, which costs almost double.
Pros: Not Bitter, Pleasing Roast, Balanced Acidity, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Aroma
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hate to admit that I'm a coffee snob; but I am. Prefer strong, bold coffee and almost always only drink Starbucks dark roast coffees. I decided to try the Eight O'Clock Dark Roast after sampling it at a friend's house. Tastes just as good as Starbucks French Roast or Cafe Verona and at lesser cost. Love the bold, smooth body without any bitter taste. Now will definitely include this brand into my coffee repertoire.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointingly weak

Might be an italian roast in terms of the roasting process, but making a 'regular' cup (10 oz setting), the coffee comes out very weak and watery. I wish some of these kcups would put more grounds in the kcups. YOu can tell from the weight which ones are giving you your money's worth, and this isn't one of them... Too bad - good flavor, weak result.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Not Bitter
Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Not Enough Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
